5 Unplug the stock wiring harness fromeach injector (Fig. B).Squeeze each side of the injector toremove.

6 Plug the PCIII harness in-line of theinjectors and stock wiring harness(Fig. C).

PCIII harness:ORANGE - cylinder #3YELLOW - cylinder #2GREEN - cylinder #1

Unplug stk harness

1 Remove the seat.2 Remove the fuel tank.3 Mount the PCIII to the back side of

the battery using the supplied velcro.Make sure to clean both surfaces withthe alchohol swab before attachingunit.

4 Route the PCIII harness down the lefthand side of the bike.

8 Plug the connectors from the PCIII in-line of the stock wiring harness andTPS connector (Fig. E).

7 Locate the stock Throttle PositionSensor connector (Fig D). Unplugthis connection.

Note: This is a 3 pin black connectorlocated to the right of the #3 injector.

9 Attach the ground wire from the PCIIIto the negative side of the battery(Fig. F).

O2 sensor

10 Unplug the O2 sensor from the mainwiring harness (Fig. G). This is a 4pin black connector located near theclutch cover. This connection can also be seen inFigure E.

13 Plug the O2 eliminator into the stockwiring harness. The connector fromthe O2 sensor does NOT have to beplugged into anything.

14 Bolt the fuel tank back into position.15 Reinstall the seat.

Note: The O2 eliminator allows you to getthe full potential out of the bike andthe Power Commander.
