I am almost done. It is most definitely a draft. I have not even proofed it. I just wanted to send it to you to get your input. I will be in the office until 1 pm tomorrow. Jim Robinson will be here at 3 pm to meet with the drafter and go over the changes to the system in CAD. I hope to be back in time to go over a few of these issues with him. So, I will not be getting you what I hope to be the final before I have a chance to go over it with him.
