- KåKå was not a supplier who was among the main suppliers for Unibake

- KåKå sold almost only ingredients for the products Unibake produced to us

- KåKå had no good quality work

- KåKå did not challenge Unibake when it came to development

- KåKå had no focus

- KåKå was not proactive
