Triad “Locks us out” Profit Pro acquires small EPC provider AMS – 1995 Brad gets yelled at by Jules Trump, CEO CSK Auto Parts - 1996 Brad meets with Bob McKenna at NAPA to discuss “EPC” - 1996 Bob says “We (NAPA) hold the manufacturer responsible for the part we put

on the car.” - 1996 Brad is “enlightened” – 1996 Brad calls Tim Tierney, Executive VP of APAA to propose a “donation of

technology” – 1996 The first APAA Electronic Parts Catalog standards are released – 1996 Brad and Art introduce standards to manufacturers during AWDA meeting –

1996 Fisher Auto Parts installs over 2,000 “Free” installer computer systems with

EPC and electronic ordering – 1997 Art Fisher continues to lead the charge for manufacturer-owned, free EPC.
