• Donations: for March 8-9,2005• 1. In trade for the use of the Washington County Fairgrounds facility,
several of our exhibitors poured two handicap cement ramps and laid an asphalt walkway which covered the rental costs of the facility for the two day event.
• 2. We received a “event start up” grant ($7,000) from the Federal Highway Administration to help the Utah LTAP center with travel expenses to and from the event, planning meetings, operating expenses, etc. This was to be used for the two events held in Utah for the 2005 year.
• 3. Utah Labor Commission donated 2300 Construction Hard Hats and glasses, as well as 100 safety vests for volunteers.
• 4. Wheeler Machinery donated 2,500 plastic bags.• 5. Money ($9,750.00) was donated by various local organizations,
agencies, industry and businesses: Utah Department of Workforce Services, Stewart Gentry Paving, Eagle Electric, Zions Bank, St. George City, Quality Excavation, Desert Hills Construction, APWA – Utah Chapter, Intermountain Utility Contractors, Construction Industry Council, Associated General Contractors, AirGas Intermountain Inc, National Association of Women in Construction.

• Donations: for Sept 27-29,2005• 1. In trade for the use of the Salt Lake City Fair Park facility, several of our exhibitors built two buildings: Ticket Booth & Shavings Building, which more
than covered the rental costs of the facility for the three day event. • 2. We received an “event start up” grant ($7,000) from the Federal Highway
Administration to help the Utah LTAP center with travel expenses to and from the event, planning meetings, operating expenses, etc. This was to be used for the two events held in Utah for the 2005 year.
• 3. Utah Labor Commission donated 6000 Construction Hard Hats and glasses, as well as 100 additional safety vests for volunteers.
• 4. Six sponsors combined efforts for 6000 duffle bags to give to each student, which included: hard hats, safety glasses, safety theme calendar, water bottle, Utah Construction Career Days Magazine and other career information.
• 5. Money ($6,100) was donated by various local organizations, agencies, industry and businesses: Utah Department of Workforce Services, Stewart Gentry Paving, Creative Times Preschool, Association General Contractors, National Association of Women in Construction, Hughes General contractors, Sorensen Construction, Southwest Carpenters, Scott Machinery, Wheeler Machinery, UTA, Utah Power.
• 6. Additional funding of $3,850.00 was collection in exhibitor registration fees.

• 6. Exhibitor Fees Collected $50 each booth (we do not charge educational or non profit organizations) $1,450
