Our community needs our church supportOur community needs our church supportOur community needs our church supportOur community needs our church support

Our mission, as well as our community, needs you! Our church support isneeded now more than ever. Our county has many single mothers (the shel-ters #1 client) and low income families that are working or need to work butdont have or cant afford child care, and many dont have transportation orcant afford the repair cost for the existing car. State assistance offers helpbut normally has a long waiting list for voucher discounts of child care. In themeantime the problem still existsno childcare. Theres little or no help forrepairs/transportation in our area. What better way to show the love of Jesus

than to help fix a family/persons car or even donate a car. The church (itspeople) can offer services babysitting day and night (nights are critical, thereare no services available), adopt a grandma, mothers share care, car repair, donate a car or share-a-ride. This may be the only time a child may hear/learnof Jesus. During the time of pick up or departure for children you may alsoplant a seed with a parent. What better way to help, than to share the love ofJesus thru much needed services. This could lead to a ministry in itself. Manychurches help with feeding, a few help with electric/rental/gas. We trulythank you and our prayer is that more churches will join in and help withother needs that are not being met. The need is for all churches and its mem-bers to get involved in each town to help with the many different needs of our

community. Remember God tells us in His Word, with Faith we can movemountains!! Provide a service that fixes the problem rather than just putting aband-aid over it. Please think what it was like when you were down, would-nt you have liked to have had a good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37), or maybe youdid. Should you not repeat the blessing for another. WHAT WOULD JESUSDO!! If one person can make a difference, just think what a church of unitedpeople can do .We ask that you pray on these needs, and may you allow Godto work miracles through you and around you. If you have any questions orideas on how you or your church can help, please call 746-5993.

Our mission is to provide a Christian living environment that allows true

rehabilitation. To allow long term stays for life changing, biblical teachings to take

effect. To encourage the work ethic, for those without a home in Citrus County.

    BANQUET TIME!!BANQUET TIME!!BANQUET TIME!!BANQUET TIME!!

Dont forget, Dr. Gills will be our main speaker for our first banquet. We arethrilled with the fact that Seven Rivers Presbyterian is hosting our eventand that so many people are pulling together to make this event a success. Please keep us in your prayers on the financial aspect asthis banquet will be our main fundraiser to keep staff of thePath. We know that the staff is directly proportional to thesuccess of the clients. The more time they spend with the

problems of the clients and give them love, the moresuccess they have. If you would like a last minute table, please call me and we may be able to fit you in. The nightlooks like a very entertaining night and we will probably shed a few tearswhen we think about the times and people that the Lord has alreadybrought and will bring to our shelter. God will glorify Himself. Amen.
