    Celina CD NCTCOG $250,000 The City shall address water supply needs through the installation

    Cooper CD ATCOG $240,000 The City must replace the existing sewer treatment plant lift station(to meet standards for a main lift station). Project includes a new4-pump package lift station, wet well, bypass piping, and otherassociated improvements and equipment.
