□ Application Fee (non-refundable) & Assessment Fees (if applicable, and non-refundable)
□ Indicate agency information if applicable
□ Proof of English Proficiency. If no English, apply directly to ILAC/ILSC for English upgrading
□ Official Transcripts and Graduation Certificate/Diploma with English translation
□ Other documents for program-specific requirements
□ Copy of Passport Photo Page, Study Permit, Work Permit or Visitor Record (if applicable)

□ Ensure personal information is accurate on the Letter of Offer.
□ Review the refund policy, important deadlines and conditions.
□ Pay the tuition deposits before the payment deadlines.
□ Use Letter of Acceptance to apply for Study Permit.
