AMA is a service application needed to:

- make and administer the RTDB (Real Time Data Base), logically one for every plant, bidirectionally interfaced with the RDB (Relational Data Base) of PPL

- feed automatically process and lab data to PPL applications

- maintain all the existing instrumentation- interface with existing relational and real time data base - acquisition, integration and homogenization of all process data into the Company RTDB- integration and consistency with the general guidelines of the “EniChem 2000 Program” and “EniChem Automation Project”
