He studied ancient forms of yoga like Hatha, ashtanga, Karma, Kundalini & other elements of yoga. This helped him further master his asanas and pranayama techniques. Along with this he also studied related subjects such as Ayurveda, Tantra, and Mantra & Preksha Meditation, to help people stay vibrant and healthy while realizing their full human potential. It uses the inherent principles of nature, to help maintain health in a person by keeping the individual's body, mind and spirit in perfect equilibrium with nature.
