Accommodation

The Institute has finalized packages with Wonderla Resort and a few other hotels on concessional basis. Accommodation will be on 'first come first served basis'. Details about accomodation details are available on the ICSI website at the weblink https://www.icsi.edu/20th-pcs-national-convention/

Important Instructions:1. On the spot registration will start from 10:00 am on 5th July, 2019 and the Conference will conclude

on 6th July, 2019 by 04.00 pm.

2. Limited rooms are available at Wonderla Resort.

3. All payments related to the stay of delegate are required to be settled by the delegate directly with the hotel concerned.

4. All delegates may kindly note that Resort rooms shall be booked on full room basis. If any delegate wants to share his room with any other delegate, in such case he/she is advised to decide his/her room partner in advance and should give details of his/her partner (i.e. accompanying guest) in the booking form itself.

5. Payment should be settled by any one of them as mutually agreed.

6. The Hotels have been requested to allow delegates for early check-in, but this facility is subject to availability of rooms at that point of time.

7. Any extra stay will be charged separately, subject to availability of rooms and receipt of reservation charges in advance.

Souvenir-cum-BackgrounderA Souvenir-cum-Backgrounder containing theme articles and other relevant information shall

be brought out to commemorate the event. Members who wish to contribute articles for

publication in the Souvenir are requested to send the same through e-mail

([email protected]) on or before 15th June, 2019. The paper should not normally exceed

15 typed pages in double space (12 point font size). The Articles will be considered by the

Screening Committee and the decision of the Institute based on their recommendations will be

final in all respects. Members whose article is selected by the Screening Committee would be

eligible for grant of 4 (FOUR) Programme Credit Hours apart from being exempted from

payment of delegate fee (non-residential) for participation at the Conference and shall also

be awarded the 'Shaheed ki Beti' certificate appreciating their efforts.

Announcements. Members/ Organizations are requested to release advertisements. The advertisement
