These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the

basis of the contract between you and INFINITII. This document is attached with the

menu therefore, before submitting your order to us, please ensure that you have read

these T&C’s. By placing the order, you have accepted these terms and conditions. If

you are unsure about any part of these T&C’s, please ask us for clarification.

Offers & Promotions

▪ Only one offer applies per order and is not in conjunction with any other offer.

▪ The 20% off collection discount only applies when the customer has ordered

over the phone in advance (Atleast 20-30 minutes in advance).

▪ 10% discount shall be applied to all Delivery orders and purchases of wines,

beers, ales, ciders and soft drinks.

▪ 50% discount applies only to NHS Employees, Nurses & Carers with a valid

ID card and entitles them to 50% off the total value of their meal from our

Special Express Menu limited to any 1 Main Course & Side (Rice or Naan

bread).

▪ The NHS, Nurses & Carers 50% discount is applicable to only one employee

per household and order. A valid NHS ID must be shown to the delivery

driver or to staff on collection or else INFINITII has the right to remove the

offer at any time.

▪ We are NOT in conjunction or affiliated in business with the NHS, Nurses or

Carers or Care Homes by any means. We are strictly showing our support

and appreciation for the employees during COVID-19.

▪ It is solely down to the customer to make the decision which offer is best

suitable for them on any order and staff shall NOT be held accountable.

▪ Offers and promotions are subject to availability and are at the discretion of

INFINITIII management and can be withdrawn at anytime.

Non-Contact Delivery

▪ Minimum spend for delivery after all discounts have been applied is £15.

▪ The free Delivery service is within an 8 mile radius and the restaurant has the

right to apply a £3 charge for going over the 8 mile radius limit from the

business address of WS15 3DB. This is charge is applied after any discounts.

▪ Times given for delivery and collections are only approximate, we cannot

provide an exact time for delivery but endeavour to deliver within the

approximate delivery time specified when you place your order.

Variation

▪ INFINITII shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and

without notice to amend, remove or vary the items, prices, services and/or

any page of this Website / Menu.

Pricing & Availability

▪ Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear

on this Website/Menu are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error

in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this

as soon as possible and correct the price.

▪ INFINITII reserves the right to change / increase prices any time according to

supplier availability and price fluctuation in the market.

Payment

▪ We have the facility now to use contactless payments of up to £45 and this

will be in line with the bank’s procedures to INFINITII LTD.

▪ Payments can be made over the phone in a secured manner.

▪ The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full

payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the

payment has been cleared, your order is only then confirmed.

Order Cancellation and Amendments

▪ Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account,

you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund.

To change or cancel your order please contact the INFINITII team to attempt

to resolve your request. We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted

as food processing may already be underway.
