High School Students Ready and eager for the intellectual challenges of a college education? Students who participate in our College in High School program take courses offered at their high school, and receive college credits that may be used toward a college degree. High school seniors are also eligible to enter our Bridges Program, in which they take college classes along with other SUNY Sullivan college students, on our campus or virtually.

FreshmenSUNY Sullivan welcomes applicationsfrom high school students as well as older adults, for certificate or two-year degree programs. Access your education as a commuter student, or if you prefer, live in one of our residence halls. Students are exposed to an academic environment that promotes an open exchange of ideas and the ability to think critically. College advising, tutoring, and personal counseling is available.

Presidential Scholars Program

First introduced in 2012, SUNY Sullivan’s Presidential Scholars program makes a college education more accessible and more affordable for high-achieving students graduating from Sullivan County high schools.

Students with a minimum overall grade average of 90 are eligible to receive the scholarship.

The Presidential Scholars program funds up to full tuition and fees for two years at SUNY Sullivan.

SUNY Sullivan is committed to making your collegeexperience affordable!

Throughout the year, SUNY Sullivan hosts financial aid workshops to assist students and families in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and learning about the types of aid available as well as the financial aid award process. The workshops are free and open to students who plan to attend SUNY Sullivan or any other SUNY institution. We can walk you through the process, step by step, to help you optimize your full financial aid package.
