Please note that this form is an Expression of Interest only and the completion of this form does not guarantee trading.

All food vehicles must be registered with their home local government under the provisions of the Food Act 2008 and set up must be in accordance with the Australia New Zealand Food Safety Standards. The City aims to discontinue the use of single use plastics at events, vendors must use biodegradable or recyclable products where possible (BioPak or similar).

Following submission of your application and acknowledgement of terms & conditions, event dates will be sent out for the next season of events. Please advise at your earliest convenience if you are unable to participate in these events. Vendor positions at events will be $100 for the season, power will not be provided by the City of Belmont.

The following dot points list the proposed major events and months for the 2020-2021 events season, these dates may change dependent on restrictions and overflow impacts from COVID-19. Dates will be confirmed with food vendors prior to commitment.

Let’s Celebrate Festival – November 2020 (various dates) Carols in the Park – December 2020 Movies in the Park – Jan/Feb 2021 Kidz Fest – February 2021 Harmonise Cultural Festival – March 2021

In addition to these events, there may be smaller pop-up events and activities throughout the event season.

If you would like to be considered for the 2020 – 2021 events season, please answer all questions in this application. Please include a copy of your current Public Liability Insurance, Food Registration and a vehicle/stall plan. In addition to this, please send a copy of your menu with any specific healthy options you can offer – the City will provide vendors with a corflute sign promoting their healthy option at events (must be returned following the event).

Applications will close Friday, 31 July and offers will be presented on Friday, 14 August.
