Goal: Students will create ice cream themed projects in order to demonstrate an

understanding of outline and water color techniques.

I . Goals: Students will create water color ice creams to demonstrate an understanding of Line and water color techniques.

Daily Objective (day 1)• Students will review “Line” and

“Emphasis” to analyze and apply their skills to create Ice

Cream themed water color paintings.

• Production Benchmark• Today- Students will create a

list which describes their ice cream as well draw their ice

cream as emphasis. Students will also include a background, table line, and bubbles in order to create the illusion of space.

2nd Grade: Line

Daily Objective (day 2)• Students will review “Line”

and “Emphasis” to analyze and apply their skills to

create Ice Cream themed water color paintings.

• Production Benchmark• Today- Students will use

permanent markers to create outlines of their ice

cream as well as begin painting with water colors.

2nd Grade: Line

Daily Objective (day 3)• Students will review “Line”

and “Emphasis” to analyze and apply their skills to

create Ice Cream themed water color paintings.

• Production Benchmark• Today- Students will use water colors to paint their Ice Cream projects as well as complete their rubrics.
