Convention on the Rights of the Child
commonly abbreviated as the CRC, CROC, or UNCRC;
a human rights treaty setting out the civil, political, economic, social, health and cultural rights of children;
came into force on 2 September 1990;
194 countries are party to it.
Project title

To promote young people's active citizenship and social cohesion by fostering mutual understanding between the project partners from across Europe.
To make students aware of their civil, political, economic, social, health and cultural rights.

To engage young people in multi-modal creative activities and critical thinking skills centred around an exchange of culture.
To foster an entrepreneurial spirit and an awareness of future employment opportunities among children regardless of their socio- economic background.
Article 29Education should develop each child's personality and talents to the full.
Article 31States Parties shall respect and promote the right of the child to participate fully in cultural and artistic life and shall encourage the provision of appropriate and equal opportunities for cultural, artistic, recreational and leisure activity.
