CARGO HATCH COVERS & COAMINGS
• All cargo hatch covers and coamings to be superficially examined and report on:

2. Are pressure surfaces straight and free from distortion / damage?
3. Are wedges and QAC complete, without damage?
4. Is Rubber packing in good condition and without damage?
5. Is there any indication that covers are leaking?
6. Are hatch coaming support brackets, tripping brackets carriers,
battens, lashings, gaskets, dogs in good condition?
7. Date of last hose test and by whom it was carried out - Jan. 2008 by BV
8. List damages and deficiencies and recommended actions to be taken by crew / subcontractors
