Policy Barriers

Although there are many policies, imperativepolicies only few.

Many policies used to focus on infrastructureinvestment, but almost not incentive policy forengineering implementing and end users.

Service Barriers

Many village maintenance points are not ideal

operated.

Farmers dont like to pay for service in cash.

The point have not good capacity for service.

Only few income for the point operation.

Marketing Barriers

Biogas mainly supplied to farmers for their cooking.

The power from biogas is too difficult to the grid.

No standard and incentive policy for slurry andsludge utilization, therefore no enough profit to thebiogas implementing companies.
