Your flyers need to catch a prospectsattention. The usage of colors, photosand phrases will help to make your them POP!

Page 3: 2 leasing marketing presentation[1]

For photos and other ideas I enjoy using:

• Google• Bing

• Yahoo• Facebook

• Twitter• Craigslist

You don’t have to take your own pictures or spend hours trying to find inspiration behind your flyers. What I have found

works best for me is things I see in my every day life.

• Magazine’s• Commercials on TV

• The newspaper• Snail Mail Ads

• Internet

A catchy phrase will draw in prospects to continue reading your flyers. Once you have caught their interest reel them in with a few amenities at your property.

Let your excellent customer service be exactly what

your residents ordered. Remember, residents that

renew their leases make your job that much easier.

Put together a packet of flyers that

your residents can take to their jobs.

Let your residents know that anyone

that puts their name on the flyer and

leases will receive a referral credit on

their rent.

Google your work address. On the

map you will be able to see all

businesses in the area. Write down

those addresses and send them

marketing flyers.

Visit local bars in the area and drop

off personalized

pens, koozies, lighters and postcards.

You can get free postcards at

vistaprint.com.

At Sam’s you can purchase a box of

plastic cutlery. Put your own personal

labels on the plastic cutlery and

deliver the box to a local restaurant

that you know delivers food.

If your community is near a

school, call up the school and find out

how you can post flyers on their

campus.

Unless we listen to our

residents very carefully…

…they’ll find another community

that works better for them!
