Service Reports The Neopost Dallas Call Center will facilitate incoming calls for the TPAS contract customer through an 800 toll free number. The calls will be logged into our CRM system. Reports will be available on service history for customer using the new contract. Service calls can be placed online through myNeopost. Tracking Postage Usage by Account All Neopost mailing systems allow tracking of accounts. The IS-430 and up allow the tracking of users. Systems have resident capability to track up to 10, 100, 300 or 500 accounts depending on the mailing system model. Accounts can be grouped by sub-accounts or multi-level for sub-sub accounting, etc. MyNeopost App MyNeopost App allows the state of Texas to view invoices online. Log on to your account and view invoices online which eliminates the need to call for information about your invoices.

iMeter™ Apps iMeter™ Apps provide a web/cloud based application that can help the State of Texas manage your Neopost mailing system or document system. The reporting and accounting features available on iMeter Apps will assist the State in managing the data that the meters produce from each location. The Neopost iMeter™ postage meter is an internet connected smart device that provides many functions above the traditional postage meter. The State can select from a broad range of iMeter™ Apps which are listed below. Commercial Rates App Commercial Rates App reduces postage costs by qualifying for discount rates when mailing Priority Mail® or Express Mail®. Save up to 15% on Priority Mail and 21% on Express Mail. The iMeter™ postage meter automatically qualifies the user for these postal discounts with no change to processing or preparation methods. Postal Rate App Postal Rate App provides automatic delivery of updates when the Postal Service announces a change to its rates, delivery service fees or postal zones. Postal Class Reporting – reports how you are spending your money If you know how you are using the postal service, you know where to focus on postal class optimization. This tool allows customers to identify cost savings opportunities by potentially changing the postal class or extra services. This is a real case where the customer believed that they were doing everything to reduce costs because they used a presort company to pick up their mail daily. In actuality, presorted letters were about half the volume but merely a quarter of the costs. They found that they were sending flats that could have been reformatted to letters to save money. In similar cases, the customer could save by using Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelopes instead of paying the zip to zone Priority Mail® Parcel.

Identify cost saving opportunities by potentially changes postal class or service

Departmental Reporting – reports who is spending your money Who is spending postage and how are they doing it? This is what you need to know in order to optimize the expenses. This report will generate account usage by time period. For simple analysis, it depicts two pie charts. One is for the number of pieces while the other is for total spending providing a volume to cost relationship. In the example below, the advertising department represents a mere 6.8% of the items but almost a third of the spending. This customer may want to review what is being mailed and if there is a better, more cost effective method of mailing. For the advertising department this could be great. If we found out there was a more cost effective method, they could stretch their advertising dollars and perhaps generate more revenues for this company!

Pie Charts are available that display % of items metered for each department and postage used by each department during a specified period. The Reports by Department display the total amount of postage used per department account or cost center. The departments displayed are specific to the selected mailing system, reflecting the department setup. The maximum number of department accounts available depends on the specific system and the manner in which the system is customized. The results displayed pertain to the selected mailing system, during the specified time period.

Online Postal Expense Manager™ - Professional Edition The advanced reporting option is available for IS-480, IS-490, IS-5000 and IS-6000 mailing systems. It increases the functionality of the mailing system as well as the online reporting capabilities. For better chargeback and budgeting, you can set spending limits by account or department on the mailing system. The mailing supervisor set-up allows the option to stop the mailing system from printing additional postage once the budget threshold has been reached. Low budget warnings can be set allow the supervisor to alert the department that they are nearing the spending limit. In addition, surcharges can be added to the postal expenditures by a % or $ amount to recapture true operating costs of the mailing center. All data is stored for a 25-month time period. The Data Exportation selection allows you to extract raw data from the online server database. Additional reports:

Postal class by department – allows you to see departmental usage for each postal class. Typical usage would be, for example, you have determined that Certified with Return Receipt is a high cost area and you want to know who is usage these services and evaluate best method of mailing (can you use lower cost electronic Return Receipt for instance or can you use a Certificate of Mailing vs. Certified Mail®?).

Departments with postal class – allows you to drill down postal class usage by each department

Online Postal Expense Manager™ - Professional Edition (continued) Budget vs. Spending – shows expenditures to plan Postal usage by operator – displays the volume of usage by
