“The European Law
Students' Association
(ELSA) offers students
the possibility to
practically apply their

expand their legal skills.
In this regard, the

of nearly every legal
activity. This makes dispute
resolution a crucial topic
and gives it particular
importance.
At the same time
sociological and
psychological aspects of
conflicts are also very
important.”
“The participants will
get an overview of
different dispute
resolution techniques
(litigation, arbitration,
mediation, negotiation)
and their characteristics.
This knowledge and
skills will be convened
by leading experts in
dispute resolution,
renowned throughout
Europe.”

litigation. But recently,
arbitration, mediation and
other types of alternative

becoming increasingly
important.”

always a unique opportunity to
improve your skills.
In this spirit, I would like to
share my knowledge with
you.”
