CASA P1\1Solutions Inc. 123 Landlord Hi Steve, We have been using 123 Landlord to manage our Real Estate Business for the past few months, and have been impressed with how "Simple & Easyto Use" you have been able to keep the software, and would "Highly" recommend 123 Landlord as "Must Have" software for anyone managing Properties & Tenants. I have tried other software over the last couple of years, and unfortunately, they have become overly complicated, and not very user friendly. This is a common mistake with software, as they build the software based on their advanced user knowledge, and not at the customers level. We also find the Web Based software best suites our business model, as information is entered into one data base, from Management located in different cities. 123 Landlord allows us to store all related documents for each of the properties, and have them easily accessible from any location. With all our data entered live from all locations, we have a live transparent view of how the overall operation is doing.
