These posts are purelytemporary under a scheme of the University Grants Commission entitled Establishment of Centres forEndangered Languages in Central Universities and the appointment will be valid up to 31.03.2020 or tillthe scheme continues, whichever is earlier.

Desirable: Having worked on indigenous languages ofAssam, Manipur and Nagaland. Native speakers ofindigenous languages of Assam, Manipur andNagaland will be preferred.
