Definitions
• Operational networkA system of centres with defined objectives, tasks, responsibilities, means of communication and decision making mechanisms, which keep ongoing interaction
• Resource centreA treatment and/or rehabilitation organisation which has the competence (in terms of evidence-based best practice) and the capacity (in terms of human and economic resources) to serve as a mediator for best practice training in a defined geographical or structural area
