Crown Beach Resort & Spa offers several options for your

Reception! We are able to cater for a large number of

people with our lovely beachfront option and private event

room. We also offer intimate settings for

smaller parties.

For smaller wedding parties of up to 6 people we can offer a private dinner on the beach in the Beachfront Are. The cost is $302 for the bride and groom and $120 per additional person.

These prices include an entrée, main, and dessert for each person from an exclusive menu, special setup in a beachfront

hut, private waiter, and bottle of sparkling wine (one bottle per two people).

This is a perfect option for those that are doing a vow renewal, elopement, or just escaped for a small ceremony with a few

family members or friends.

You are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to

express and personalize your theme

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of government taxes

We require an initial non-refundable deposit of $1000 secure your Ceremony or Reception

We require an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,500 should you choose to book both your Ceremony and Reception with Crown Beach Resort & Spa

50% of your total cost is to be paid 90 days prior to your event with the remainder to be paid 30 days prior

Payments can be made directly to into Crown Beach Resort & Spa’s bank account or by request of a credit card payment form

C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y

Initial deposits are non-refundable

Cancellation of weddings are subject to cancellation fees, as stated below, unless notified 60 days in advance

Cancellations must be made via email at all times, verbal exchanges will not be accepted or honoured

Any wedding cancelled between 30 and 60 days of the confirmed date will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the event

Weddings cancelled 30 days or less from the confirmed date, or no shows, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the event

Crown Beach Resort & Spa will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of situations outside of our control which are not foreseen or unavoidable such as weather related, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, or flooding

All prices within this Wedding Kit together with Terms & Conditions here within are current at this time and are subject to change at any time without prior notice (except in the case where a specific service has been confirmed and an initial deposit has been received by Crown Beach Resort & Spa). Quotes for outsourced services such as photographers, videographers, entertainment, hair and makeup services, and floral arrangements may change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking

Weddings wishing to be booked on a Sunday or a Cook Islands public holiday will be confirmed at the time of booking and incur in a 20% surcharge of all packages and services

The client is responsible for any damage, spoilage, or loss of hotel property caused by guests attending the event. An additional fee may be charged for replacement or cleaning of damaged or spoiled hotel property

Crown Beach Resort & Spa will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any equipment, merchandise, or personal effects left on the premises prior to, during, or after the reception

All beach activity will cease by 9.30pm and last call for the event room will be at 11.30pm with all music and drink sales to cease as well as guests vacating the premises by 12 midnight

Under no circumstances will Crown Beach Resort & Spa allow BYO food or beverages for your wedding or reception
