Positive findings :Adequate infra structural facilities - building, compound wall, drinking water facilities; Toilets available.Girls appeared to be motivated, fearless ;Learning level of the girls were found satisfactory;Community Mobilization is found to be satisfactory.A sum of Rs.1.50 lakh stated to have been received as community contribution for building construction.

General Operation :Teaching Learning Materials not available or displayed;Enrollment Register not properly maintainedHealth Card of the girls enrolled were not properly maintained. Rather, on a printed card, name and age of the girls were mentioned without any findings of the health check up.Practice of Regular Health Check up not followed; No photographs of the girls or the
identity card were available;

Operation of Bank Account, No separate Bank Account of KGBVAmount transferred from DPO to School from where amount is withdrawn and spent in for KGBV;No Cash Book is maintained to record the cash transaction at KGBV;Huge amount is withdrawn and spent. On 25th September’2008 Rs. 2.50 lakh was withdrawn in cash;No account of expenditure incurred is recorded before next withdrawal;No Cheque Issue Register is maintained

Books of account not available; 164 students enrolled, however only two class rooms available Even the rooms available are used for non teaching purposes; It has been found that students were sitting in varandah and cooking
wooden sticks were stored in the room.
