Test ReportThe results were the requirements met?Testing of your designWrite a test plan for a test you are going to do on your design:
Should include: What requirement will you be testing?Who is doing the test? Where are you doing the test? When? How will the test will be done? Will it be destructive testing? What are you going to record? What are you looking for?
If you got sick on the day of testing- write a step by step guide in your logbook how a stranger should go about testing your design.

Do you need graphics to make your slides interesting? Are they boring without them?
Slide Preparation!!24Every slide should have ONE ideaIf you cant decide on the title, you probably have too many ideas on that pageInclude a meaningful picture, figure, or table along with text. Never have one without the other. You can make a graphic the focus, but include words with the main idea to take awayBreak up a list of bullet points with different levels
Review and revise the slides fro typos. Does this graphic help at all or just distract? Dont use if its not meaningful. Careful about slide transitions and animation to distract from what youre saying. Slide PreparationHave 1 idea per slide
Count on 1 minute per slide
Maximum 20 words per slideIts really hard to read certain colors against others..
Dark colors on dark backgrounds arent great
Make sure you use contrasting colors
Edit your slidesGo over youre slides carefully
Spill cheque well correct sum words butt knot otters
Make shore ewe halve the write word
This is bad.. But why?
SizeSometimes people want to fit a lot of things on a slide
So they put really small text
So small you cant read it
Then people dont know what youre talking about
Rule of Thumb: Make font the maximum age of your audience. Check your venue to determine size of projection screen youll havehttp://www.nichecartoons.com/images/PresentationHeader.jpgCombine figures with textFew words, bullets best
Now for the PresentationPractice beforehand out loud. Write an outline, but dont read every word
Bullets should summarize your pointUse phrases, not sentencesElaborate during your speechDont skip a bulletPresentingSpeak clearly
Use eye contact
Dont read off the slides, a glance should be enough
Dont ramble
Engage your audience through body language
Nervous? Dressing appropriatelyProfessional Dress- Similar Expectations as to an Interview
Dont distract from what youre saying by what youre wearing
