Communication

Decoding - receiving and interpreting what was sent.

 When the recipient confirm receipt to the sender it

completes the communication loop.

It is effective communication only when the recipientreceives the communication the same way it wasintended to be understood by the sender

The coach listens to what the client says with regardsto his/her agenda

The coach listens to the multiple levels of what theclient is saying – including emotional and depth of the content of the words being used

Profile

Prabha Chandrasekhar, has been coaching for the past 7 years.

Currently, she is full time with the International Coach Academy andhas a limited coaching practice. Her niche areas are Cross Culture,Transition and Life Coaching. This allows her to work with corporateleaders and young adults in transition.

Prabha’s philosophy for her coaching is Empowerment, through aprocess of partnering the client, to reach his or her goals and to provide

the space to extend themselves to their maximum potential.
