Multiple Standards Alignments: Assessment Item

● Multiple standards from the same standards document can be aligned to items within an

assessment. This allows teachers and administrators to report on their student’s

progression, learning both primary and secondary standards within a single assessment.

● A new configuration has been added to turn this on/off. It will default to on.

● A second configuration has been added to leverage secondary standards in standards

analysis calculations. It will default to on.

New Classroom Report: Standards Performance

What is it?

A new Classrooms report focused on analyzing

longitudinal standards performance, accessible

from a “Standards Performance” link in the

Classrooms sub-navigation menu. (This link

appears according to the same security rules as

Student Performance).

opens directly to selecting the first

course’s sections, and all tests in

the last 6-week period for the

tests in that course’s subject.

the “rolled up” standard domains. This is performance data on primary alignments for up to 30 test from

● Alternate Text can be defined for:

• Word or phrases

• Images

• Mathematical equations

• Tables (read instead of the table content)

● Alternative text can be part of the test instructions, question, answer, and passage content.

● The replacement word will be read instead of the original content.

● An orange dotted border will highlight content that havs replacement/alternate text provided. A

tooltip will display on hover showing the replacement/alternate text.

● A phonetic guide is included on the Replacement/Alternate text dialog giving phonetic suggestions

to specific words for better phonetic pronunciation.
