Dear guests,

Once again I would like to welcome you to Samobor to this years Karate Grand prix Croatia. This is the 29th edition of this tournament which grew to be one of the biggest and highest quality tournaments in Croatia.

Croatian karate union and technical organizer Karate club Samobor with their “know-how” is determined to bring this competition to an even higher level this year.

While in Croatia I would advise you to visit a colorful city of Samobor and the capital Zagreb and make some nice memories not only from the competition but also rich historical heritage and gastro offerings.

Welcome to 29th Karate Grand prix Croatia, the tournament which take pride with it’s high level organization and top quality competition. The title of winner in open senior category became the matter of prestige and this year won’t be any different.

Karate Grand prix Croatia is the biggest sport manifestation in city of Samobor and final matches of the senior categories always provide the best atmosphere for the competitors and for the spectators.

-all competitors are obligated to get document check and weight in done in scheduled times

-competitor is weight in lower part of karate-gi and a t-shirt with a personal document

-every competitor has only one try to be weight in and the tolerance of 1 kilogram

-in case that the athlete does not meet the required wight, he/she will bi transferred to the correct category with penalty of 15 € .

referees Referees and judges at the competition are delegated by the Croatian Karate Union Referees' Commitee (CKF) Foreign referees and judges are delegated by their national federations in agreement with the CKF. The organizer will cover the costs to the amount of 80 € per day + lunch in sport hall for foreign referees and judges.

Registrations should be done through www.karate.com.hr

Deadline for entries is January 10th 2020.

Once 650 entrants have registered on second day – registrations will be closed that day.

The third day Organizing Committee will accept 850 entrants.

ENTRY FEE

25 € - Individual category

35 € - Team category

Changes of registrations or possible cancellation of registered competitor/team in the draw without any penalty will be possible until end of registration period 10. January 2020.

After this deadline the Organizer will charge 15€ penalty per competitor in individual category / 20€ per team in team category for the registered entries that are not canceled on time.
