180 Medical is honored to have a scholarship program to help those with spinal cord injuries,

spina bifida, transverse myelitis, neurogenic bladder, or ostomy (ileostomy, colostomy, or

urostomy).

Realizing the financial burdens that exist for many of these families, we’ve developed the 180

Medical Scholarship Program to honor these young adults who pursue goals of higher

education.

Eligibility

Students attending a two-year, four-year, or graduate school program full time in the fall are

eligible to apply. Applicants must be under a physician’s care for a spinal cord injury, spina

bifida, transverse myelitis, neurogenic bladder, or ostomy (ileostomy, colostomy, or urostomy).

Must be a legal resident in the United States.

2019 AMPRONIX COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

College Scholarships are a great way to give back to the community and that is why we are offering our Ampronix College Scholarship Program. We will be awarding a total of $2,250 to 3 full-time undergraduate college students who demonstrate a passion for their field of study and have a great desire to give back to their community.

those with high financial need, SR Education Group is awarding a $5,000 community college

EXTREMETERRAIN’S STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

1 scholarship for $3,000 will be awarded twice a year to students who are pursuing a Biology or

a related degree in Environmental Studies. One scholarship will be awarded for the fall

semester and another for the spring semester each year.

OUR PROGRAM

ExtremeTerrain is offering two $3,000 scholarships, one for the fall semester and one

for the spring Semester to eligible students pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies,

Environmental Research, Land Use, Earth and Atmosphere Studies, Sustainable Land

Management, Parks and Recreation, or Sustainable Agriculture Systems.

STERLING LAWYERS, LLC ANNUAL COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP

Sterling Lawyers, LLC is offering students the opportunity to win a $1,000 paid scholarship

towards their academic goals. We believe in education and want to help curb the cost of

education for students. Our hope is that this scholarship will help students continue to pursue

Payment of Scholarships

The Sterling Lawyers, LLC scholarship is paid to the school of the selected recipient. It will be

Earth Island Institute established The Brower Youth Award for Environmental Leadership in 2000 to honor renowned environmental advocate David Brower, who was quoted as saying “I love to see what young people can do, before someone old tells them it’s impossible.” It is with this spirit that we recognize the outstanding leadership efforts of young people who are working for the protection of our shared planet.

Eligibility

Youth environmental change leaders ages 13 to 22 (as of May 1, 2019) living in North America (including Mexico, Canada, some Caribbean Islands) and US “Territories” are encouraged to apply. Each of the six recipients of the Brower Youth Awards will receive a $3,000 cash prize, a professionally produced short film about their work from an Emmy award winning film crew, and flight and lodging accommodations for a week long trip to the San Francisco Bay Area.

During their stay in California, the recipients will participate in a coaching, visioning, leadership activities, speaking and media engagements. We invest in their continued success by providing ongoing access to resources, mentors, and opportunities to develop leadership skills. The week of activities culminates in the awards ceremony in front of more than 800 guests in San Francisco on October 15, 2019.

Application Process

All applications must be completed using our online process. Please notify us well in advance of the deadline if you foresee any problems with submitting an application online.

You must complete your own application. Parents, friends, mentors, teachers, etc. must not complete it for you.

In addition to meeting award eligibility requirements and following all instructions to complete the online application, each applicant must submit:

A Few Tips

Leadership:

The Brower Youth Awards are looking to recognize the leader of a group or an effort. While we will consider applicants who are implementing individual efforts, it is our tendency to focus on leaders of groups and efforts.

Research and science fair projects:

Many research and science fair projects are individual and/or one–time efforts. As such, they are difficult to compare to the leadership of on-going projects. We will not consider applicants who are implementing research and science fair projects, unless it is part of ongoing environmental efforts involving a larger group.

Earth Day and one-time conferences:

We understand the impact and necessity of Earth Day, conferences and one–time gatherings. However, we typically will not consider one–time gatherings for the award, unless the event produced long–term measurable impacts in which you have continued to play a significant leadership role.

The Floyd Mayweather Jr. Foundation Scholarship for the Advancement of Women in Sports &

Entertainment is intended for eligible college undergraduate and graduate school women who

this demographic in the industry, this scholarship fund has been established in order to aid

women in furthering their education, encourage their valued participation in the profession, and

benefit the profession as a whole.

The scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is granted to eight applicants annually who are

matriculating full-time in their undergraduate sophomore, junior, senior or first year of graduate

school. A minimum G.P.A. of 2.75 is required and applicants are required to be enrolled in one of

the following majors in order to be eligible: Communication Studies, Marketing, Public Relations,

Media Studies or Journalism.

In addition, applicants must meet each of the following criteria to maintain eligibility:

1) Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States.

2) Full-time enrollment required at a four-year accredited university.

3) Must be a Public Relations, Communication, Media Studies, Marketing or Journalism

major with a desire to work in the entertainment or sports industry.

4) Must be able to demonstrate financial need and provide proper documentation upon

request.

5) Must be a female residing in the United States.

Winners of the 2018 scholarship are still being notified through the spring of 2019. 2018 Triple-

announced in August, 2019 and Winners will be named on a chapter basis throughout

the winter of 2019 and spring of 2020.

TYLENOL SCHOLARSHIPS
