Final Race InstructionsWelcome to London’s Most Exclusive race. You’re about to run through beautiful Kew Gardens and we look forward to celebrating with you at our music festival finish.

Wave start timesRunners are split into waves based upon their projected finishing times. This allows you to run with people of similar pace and reduce congestion along the course. Please look at your

race number and see your start time overleaf.

Security AdviceDespite the event being a low-risk security threat, we will be searching bags entering Kew Gardens. We ask people to be ready to show the contents of their bag to the security team. In order to start on time, runners will take priority over spectators.

Baggage TransportAt the start we have baggage trucks that will transport your belongings to the finish line after your race.

Remove the baggage label from your race number and attach it to your bag. Hand your bag in at the baggage drop-off area opposite The Palm House.

ToiletsThere are many toilets in Kew Gardens but please turn up an hour before your event to avoid queues. Travelling from Kew Station? Look out for businesses outside Kew Station who are opening their doors early for you.
