    17 SECONDS

Human thought (frequency, vibration) reaches a combustion point at 17 seconds of pure undiluted focus. It drawsanother thought to it and it is e ponentially more powerful. !t the end of another 17 seconds, "# seconds total, thene t thought combusts, and by $aw of !ttraction, evolves to a higher level of energy. !gain another 17 seconds to %seconds continues the process, and finally, if you can continue a pure thought for &' seconds on any given sub ect, i will be on its way to manifestation. he *ey word is pure, meaning positive focus, strong energy, no resistance+ to nslip into lac*ful thin*ing.

!braham says the average person rarely finishes a single sentence without contradicting their energy, as in I want anew car, but it is too e pensive. -o they say most of us haven t had much e perience with ever feeling thecombustion of thought that comes from 17/ seconds of pure thought.

In tal*ing about the leverage of 17/17/17/170&' seconds of pure thought, !braham offers the following information17 seconds is worth 2,333 manhours (about a year at #3 hours per wee* of action ta*en)"# seconds is worth 23,333 manhours (or about 13 years...)%1 seconds is worth 233,333 manhours (or about 133 years...)&' seconds is worth 2,333,333 manhours (or about 1333 years...)

hat s two 4I$$I56 manhours (or womanhours ) If we can learn to offer pure thought energy for &' seconds at a time

    action becomes insignificant.

!braham 8ocus on 9nothing is more important than I feel good.: ;eriod. It is not necessary to focus on feeling gooabout oneself, focus on ust feeling good+ period. It is not necessary to feel good about your body, or about yourfinancial situation+ find thoughts that ma*e you feel good. ;eriod.

ry this -pend the first wee* writing &' seconds about any ob ects that stri*e your fancy, but not 9important:, such as blueglass, butterflies, feathers. his e ercise will teach you two things one that you can focus for &' seconds+ two, that thuniverse does respond to a pure vibration.

How to Get to 17 Seconds of Pure Thought: Virtual Reality and Scripting

!braham =ou do not script to get the thing you are scripting. =ou script because you want to feel good. !nd in order to feel goyou write about something you desire.

In teaching scripting, !braham often tal*s about the movie Gelirium, with ohn andy. In it, he plays a soap opera script writer, who has an accident and wa*es up in the hospital. 5nly the hospital is the one he has written about in the soap, and he *nows it not real. !ll the doctors are the actors, but they are acting li*e doctors. he normal set is ust a few rooms, but when he loo*s outthe window the whole town is there. He goes cra@y and tries to escape, telling everyone he has written them and they arenJt re-oon someone says to him, well, if you wrote it, and you donJt li*e it, change the script. !nd he discovers he can do that He us writes it the way he wants it. 8or e ample, he calls about his car, and they tell him that it will ta*e a wee* to fi it. He frowns at and then goes bac* to his typewriter and writes His car was repaired immediately. !nd the phone rings and it is the garage, telling him his car has already been repaired.

!braham says that Asther, in watching this movie couldnJt stop laughing. -he said to erry C they thin* it is a movie, but it is rea!braham has often described how Asther will notice she is in a bad place vibrationally on a sub ect, and sit down with her lapto write out a new script, outlining all the parts, which helps her get to the feeling place of rela ation and acceptance and gratitudethe new situation about to unfold in her life.

5ne good way to start a script is the phrase, If I had it my way . . . !braham says we can have it our way, if we can vibrate it anallow it. -o sitting down to write a new script is fun and rewarding, because it is a quic* way to manifest changes in your vibra which soon manifests changes in your life.

here are a number of different methods for writing scripts, and they all wor*. 5ne is to ust write about your vision, as in thefollowing script.

I see all of us filled with and surrounded by love in all our lives, feeling warm and at ease with ourselves. 8eeling loved, the time.
