    a. The selection will be based on Interview for Posts in Scale III, IV, V and Security Officer ScaleII (For these posts, the Bank at its discretion may relax the eligibility criteria in case of deserving

    candidates). The Bank reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for theinterview after preliminary screening / short listing based on qualification/ suitability andexperience etc.

    b. The selection will be based on Written Examination and Interview for all other posts in Scale Iand Scale II. Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank

    sufficiently high in the written examination will be called for the interview. The written examinationcomprises of Objective and Descriptive papers.

    NOTE: Candidates have to pass in each of the objective and descriptive tests separately. Depending

    on the number of vacancies the qualified candidates for specialist officers will be merit ranked on thebasis of total marks obtained in Objective Test and Descriptive Paper together. For specialist officers

    all candidates will be subjected to Objective Test followed by Descriptive Paper for respectivespecialization. Those candidates who have applied for two or more posts of specialist officers willhave to take additional objective test and descriptive paper for each additional specialty one after the

    other. The final selection would be on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained by the candidates inthe written examination and Interview and strictly in the order of Merit.

    For the post of Probationary Officers the Marks obtained in descriptive paper will not be reckoned for

    merit ranking.

    15. APPOINTMENT, PROBATION AND TRAINING, etc.The candidates selected will be subject to such terms and conditions as existing in the Bank at thetime of appointment.

    16. ACTION AGAINST CANDIDATES FOUND GUILTY OF MISCONDUCTCandidates are warned that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated

    A. Expected Business The officers are required to achieve the

    business targets set under Advances, Deposit

    Mobilization & Recovery which shall be fixed

    based on the place of posting.

    B. Compensation Package Fixed Compensation Package (FCP) - Rs. 2.50

    lakhs per annum.

    Variable Compensation Package (VCP) - Rs. 0.50

    lakhs per annum.VCP is payable on a quarterly basis on reaching

    the proportionate monthly advances targets.

    C. Packages

    1. Fixed Tour Package (FTP) RMOs are eligible for a maximum FTP of Rs. 1500/

    - in a month if they undertake field visits for 25

    days in a month. If it is less than 25 days, FTP

    shall be paid on pro-rata basis. They should

    undertake a minimum of 10 days field visits in a

    month

    The field visit shall be more than four hours in a

    day outside the Revenue village (including the

    Hamlets) where the Bank Branch is located.

    2. Interest Free Two Wheeler Loan RMO s ha ll pos sess a v al id d ri vi ng l ic ense /

    Learners Driving Licence at the time of joining

    the Bank.

    RMOs are eligible for Interest free two wheeler

    loan (for purchase of 100cc two wheeler)

    subject to a maximum of Rs.30000/- or 90% of

    the cost of the vehicle whichever is less. The

    loan is recoverable in 30 monthly installments.

    3. Fuel Package Maximum of 25 litres of petrol per month on

    production of bills along with tour diary & Log

    book.

    4. Vehicle Maintenance Package RMOs are e ligib le for Rs.1500/ - per annum for

    maintenance of the vehicle at the end of each

    year on a declaration basis.

    5. Mobile Recharge Package Maximum of Rs. 300/- per month on declaration

    basis.

    6. Group Insurance Scheme RMOs will be covered under Group insurance

    scheme or any other such insurance scheme

    for accident and hospitalization subject to

    contribution of premium by them.

    7. Others Terms (a) The selected candidates should agree

    irrevocably to serve the Bank for the period of

    contract offered/ extended by the Bank, failing

    which to pay the Bank liquidated damages ofRs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) in lieu

    thereof.

    (b) The contract is terminable by either side. i. e.

    Bank or appointee on one months notice or

    payment of one months proportionate amount

    of compensation in lieu of notice during 1st year

    of contract, two months notice or two months

    proportionate amount of compensation in lieu of

    notice after one year.

    (c) In case the contract is terminated by the

    appointee, he/she shall:

    1. pay the liquidated damages of Rs.50,000/-

    This has reference to our Employment Notification published in the Employment News/Rozgar

    Samachar dated 9-15 May, 2009 as well as in the Banks website calling for Applications from

    peri-natal or infant period of development All the cases of Orthopedically Handicapped persons would be covered under the category ofLocomotor disability or cerebral palsy. Only such persons would be eligible for reservation in

    services/ posts who suffer from not less than 40 per cent of relevant disability.> Wherever written examination is held, the blind candidates and candidates whose writing

    speed is affected by cerebral palsy can use own scribe at their cost during the writtenexamination. In all such cases where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:

    IN ENGLISH ONLY.(f ) Before applying, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms

    mentioned in this advertisement. The decision of the Bank in all matters regarding eligibility of thecandidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, the documents to

    be produced for the purpose of the conduct of examination, interview, selection and any othermatter relating to recruitment will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence orpersonal enquiries shall be entertained by the BANK/IBPS in this behalf.

    (h) Candidates admission to the examination is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the admission

    or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of theseshortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

    (j) The Bank/ IBPS shall not be responsible for an application being rejected which is based onwrong information provided in any advertisement issued by an unauthorised person/ institution.

    (k) Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and the fee once paid will not be

    refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future exam/ selection.(l) An application not accompanied by requisite Application Fee as indicated in 6 above, relevant

    Certificates in respect of the Caste, Category etc. (only in respect of SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates)or not in the prescribed format or not signed by the candidate or incomplete in any respect will

    not be entertained.a) Candidates belonging to OBCs but coming within the CREAMY LAYER are not entitled to

    OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as Gen or Gen Persons With

    Disability as applicable. OBC Certificates in the format as prescribed by the Govt. of Indiaand issued by the Competent Authority inter alia, specifically stating that the candidate

    b) Persons With Disability candidates claiming the benefit of reservations/age relaxation shouldsubmit a copy of Medical Certificate as specified in the Disabilities Act of 1995 in support of

    their disability.(m) Demand Draft dated prior to the date of this advertisement shall not be considered. Also Demand

    Drafts received after the due date will not be acceptable.(n) A recent, recognizable passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the application and

    should be signed across by the candidate. Without photograph & signature across it, the application

    will be rejected. Three copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time ofwritten examination and interview. Candidates are advised not to change their appearance till therecruitment process is complete. Failure to produce the same photograph at the time of the written
