WORKING at least 15 hours per

week in a State of Wyoming-license

child care program.

HAVE GOOD STANDING with the educational

institution and the WY Quality

Counts Educational Development Program.

SIGN A CONTRACTUAL

AGREEMENT with the Department

of Workforce Services.

RE-APPLY EACH SEMESTER

for your degree scholarship.

ENROLL IN AN ACCREDITED

INSTITUTION like the University of Wyoming or a community college

for at least 1 credit hour per semester.

HAVE CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT in at

least 1 credit hour in 2 semesters (fall, spring or summer) within the course of a year based

on enrollment date.

MAINTAIN A 2.0 GPA or higher.

SEEK AN APPLICABLE DEGREE. Comparable degrees

or endorsements from accredited institutions

in other states will be considered.
