Caution:• Please read the manual and documents carefully before setup.

• To prevent from fire disaster or electronic shock, please do not put the monitor in humidity or even in a worse

condition.

• To prevent hurt from dangerous high-voltage module inside the monitor, please do not open the shell by yourself.

• Please resort to a professional or support team, and do not handle it by yourself while breakdown happened.

• Please confirm connections are right before power on. Or contact vendor if any damage.

• Openings on back or top of monitor for venting, please keep them in good condition. And do not put the monitor

centering around a heating source or even in a worse condition.

• Please power the monitor with specified power supply in the tag. And please confirm the specifications of power

supply before using.

• Please use power socket stipulated by the standard locally.

• To prevent from fire disaster, please do not get the power socket or power supply cable overloaded.

• To make monitor work longer lifespan, please keep it in a stable desktop, but do not keep it in conditions of full of

dust, moisture and extreme temperature.

• To prevent damage from variable voltage, please plug off power supply cable during thunderstorm or in a idle

time.

• Please do not stuff any objects or liquid into openings on the body of monitor.

• If you have any technical problem, we suggest you contact a profession or vendor.

Maintainance

• Please plug off power supply and cables before lift or relocation, and lift it with frame.

• Please power off before cleaning. And use cleaning cloth without abrasive fiber and neutral detergent.

• Please do not use liquid with Alcohol or Acetone, but use special detergent for cleaning screen. And to prevent

from electronic shock, please do not spray directly on screen to clean.

• Screen flickers at the first use. ---Plug off and power on again.

• A little bit uneven brightness on screen. ---Change the image to confirm again.

• There might be some residue for an image showing for hours or longer. Power off for a while and refresh screen.

• Please do not repair it by yourself unless you are professional, but resort to a professional or vendor, while screen

get black, flickering and break down.

Power supply to monitor, but not as signal transmission port.

While a cell phone supporting USB 3.1 and a laptop supporting thunderbolt 3.0, a Type-C to Type-C

cable can supply power and transfer signal

Transfer signal from Mini DP port to Mini DP port. And signal transmission from a standard DP to Mini DP

by a converter from standard DP to Mini DP.

Signal transmission. Any device with HDMI port can be connected with the monitor. By a signal

converter, to transfer signal for a device without HDMI port, to the monitor. You can buy a converter from

market.

Connecting mouse and keyboard. (Not using it for power supply to avoid an unstable voltage.)

Similar to ‘Esc’ on the keyboard, to use it to exit from sub-menu or main menu.

Under ‘BRIGHTNESS’ menu, you can adjust ‘BRIGHTNESS’,

‘CONTRAST’, ‘ECO’, ‘DCR’, and ‘SHARPNESS’.

BRIGHTNESS: Range from 0 to 100;

CONTRAST: Range from 0 to 100;

ECO: Choose from ‘STANDARD’, ‘RTS’, ‘FPS’, ‘TEXT’, ‘MOVIE’, and ‘GAME’.

DCR: Choose ‘OFF’, or ‘ON’.

SHARPNESS: Range from 1 to 4.

Under ‘COLOR TEMP’ menu, you can adjust ‘COLOR TEMP’, ‘RED’,

‘GREEN’, and ‘BLUE’.

COLOR TEMP : Choose from ‘USER’, ‘WARM’, and ‘COOL’.

Under ‘USER’ option, you can also adjust the following options

RED : Range from 0 to 100.

GREEN : Range from 0 to 100.

BLUE : Range from 0 to 100.

Under ‘WARM’ and ‘COOL’ option, color option ‘RED’, ‘GREEN’, and

‘BLUE’ in pale are default.

Under ‘OSD SETTING’ menu, adjustable options are ‘LANGUAGE’,

‘OSD H. POS.’, ’OSD V. POS.’, ‘OSD TIMER’, and ‘TRANSPARENCY’.

LANGUAGE : Including ‘English’, ‘French’, ‘German’, ‘Chinese

Simplified’, ‘Italian’, ‘Spanish’, ‘Portuguese’, ‘Turkish’, ‘Polish’, ‘Dutch’,

‘Japanese’ and ‘Korean’.

OSD H. POS.: Range from 0 to 100.

OSD V. POS.: Range from 0 to 100.

OSD TIMER : Range from 0 to 60.

TRANSPARENCY : Range from 0 to 100.

Under ‘RESET’ menu, adjustable options are ‘RESET’, ‘AUTO

POWERDOWN’, and ‘HDR MODE’, other options ‘IMAGE AUTO ADJUST’,

and ‘COLOR AUTO ADJUST’ in pale are default.

RESET : to restore default setting or manufacturer setting.

AUTO POWERDOWN :in minutes to power off monitor, options include

‘OFF’, ‘240’, ‘120’, ‘60’, ‘50’, ‘40’, ‘30’, ‘20’ and ‘10’.

HDR MODE : options include ‘OFF’ ‘2084’ and ‘AUTO’.

Under ‘MISC.’menu, adjustable options include ‘SIGNAL SOURCE’,

‘LOW BLUE LIGHT’, ‘VOLUME’, ‘FREESYNC’, and ‘OD’.

SIGNAL SOURCE : signal source from ‘HDMI’, ‘Type-C’ and ‘DP’.

LOW BLUE LIGHT : Range from 0 to 100.

VOLUME : Range from 0 to 100.

FREESYNC : Choose from ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’.

OD : Choose from ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’.

Under ‘IMAGE’ menu, you can adjust ‘ASPECT’ only,

other options in pale are default.

ASPECT: Choose from ‘16:9’ or ‘4:3’.

Under ‘COLOR TEMP’ menu, you can adjust ‘COLOR TEMP’, ‘RED’,

‘GREEN’, and ‘BLUE’.

COLOR TEMP : Choose from ‘USER’, ‘WARM’, and ‘COOL’.

Under ‘USER’ option, you can also adjust the following options

RED : Range from 0 to 100.

GREEN : Range from 0 to 100.

BLUE : Range from 0 to 100.

Under ‘WARM’ and ‘COOL’ option, color option ‘RED’, ‘GREEN’, and

‘BLUE’ in pale are default.

Under ‘OSD SETTING’ menu, adjustable options are ‘LANGUAGE’,

‘OSD H. POS.’, ’OSD V. POS.’, ‘OSD TIMER’, and ‘TRANSPARENCY’.

LANGUAGE : Including ‘English’, ‘French’, ‘German’, ‘Chinese

Monitor shows nothing or 'No Signal' while

connecting my cellphone with monitor via Type-C

cable?

Be sure the model of your cellphone has USB

3.1 port. Cellphone models support one Type-C

cable functioning is listed as below: Huawei

Mate 10/10 Pro/20/20 Pro/P20/P20

Pro/P30/P30 Pro//Samsung

S8/S8+/S9/S9+/Note 8/Note 9.

Be sure your laptop has Thunderbolt 3.0 port, if it has, to check and be sure the cable-port connecting is correct.

Monitor is in EXTENSION mode, you can adjust it to DUPLICATE mode by pressing simultaneously 'Win'+'P' for Windows or adjusting ’Preference’ for Mac.

First, check and adjust the resolution of your

laptop to be same with that of monitor.

Second, try to connect with another laptop to

see if everything is okay. Third, to change

with a new HDMI cable.
