OSC's is now accepting registrations for our Spring Craft Fair on Saturday, March 18th, 2017!

As always, our Craft Fair is restricted to artists/crafters only … Plus our “Meet the Author” feature in the OSC Library.

Attendees of our Craft Fairs continue to rave about the Artisans and Crafters we have on display and the quality of the merchandise they produce. OSC is proud to host another event made up of sellers who deal exclusively in uniquely designed, handmade items only.

We are looking for artisans and crafters working in a wide variety of mediums to be part of our Fair. If interested in taking part, please read the attached forms and submit them for approval.

The forms change slightly through the years but the prices have stayed the same. If you have a special request, such as WiFi access, please be sure to note that so we can do our best to oblige you and plan accordingly. Those needing WiFi must get their registration in as soon as possible for us to be able to insure service to your space as WiFi access is limited to the Gym area only and the Gym is first to fill.

Registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis so the quicker you get your fees and forms to us the sooner we can include you in our line-up and start advertising your presence at our event. Be sure to provide links to any on-line photos of your work or send them to us directly at the Fair's email address, osccraftfair@oswegoseniorcenter.org, so we can share them on our site and folks can check out what you do and see what you have to offer.

OSC's Craft Fairs feature up to 90 artists, Door Prizes, Raffles and our ever popular Bake Sale ... all funds raised help OSC continue to provide the types of activities, programs and services we have since we opened our doors in 2007 to benefit Seniors, 60 and older, in Kendall County and surrounding areas.

Again, our Craft Fair is for original handmade, non-mass produced, items only at this event. Sales Reps, Consultants, Dealers or Vendors of product lines/mass produced items are welcome to ask to be added to our Vendors email list to receive invitations to other OSC events held throughout the year.

Spring Craft Fair 156 E. Washington (Old Traughber Middle School) - Oswego, IL 60543

Saturday, March 18th, 2017 9am-2pm

Set-up: 7:30pm-9am; Tear Down: 2pm-3pm Main Entrance: Door #2, Franklin St. Entrance

Showcase your handmade arts and crafts to the public at OSC on the date and time listed above. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to introduce your wares and display your talents to attendees.

Table/Display space is assigned on a first come, first served basis with the Gym/Main Display Area being filled first, OSC Dining Room second, Game Room third and the connecting halls last. Chair(s) for seller(s)/assistant(s) will be provided by OSC as our supply allows.

Please Note:

You must provide your own table(s)/display(s). Space to accommodate one 8' table is $40. Each additional space is $15 which comes to $55 for 2 (two) spaces or $70 for 3 (three) spaces.

Only those on OSC’s list of registered sellers will be provided space on the day of the Fair unless you provide written proof of registration. Digital phone displays will not count as ‘proof’.

Come prepared to cart/dolly displays and products up to 500 feet.

Parking is available behind the OSC building. No parking is allowed on the street.

You are to be set up by 9am and not to pack up or tear down until close of Fair, after 2pm.

Sellers who pack up and/or leave before 2pm, unless approved by OSC, will not be invited back.

Please decorate your table(s)/display(s) in the spirit of the appropriate time of year.

All food products must be produced in accordance with local regulations.

Sellers/Assistants must pre-order lunch to have it delivered to them during the Fair. You have a choice of a Hamburger/Cheeseburger & Chips w/Beverage or OSC's famous Soup, Crackers w/Beverage at $5 for your selection. OSC’s Lunch counter, located in the Dining Room, is open to all.

You will receive your specific space assignment via email prior to the day of the Fair. Note that all sellers will be placed according to their specific needs, such as WiFi, etc., and the event's ambiance.

Make checks payable to: Oswego Senior Center. Your cancelled check will be your receipt.
