Target group of participants• Citizens of the European Union

• 18-22 years

• High School graduates, college leavers or undergraduates

Recruiting process• Selection by Siemens Regional Companies

in the EU

• Recruiting of 30 participants for batch 2016 will start in January 2016

Financing and contracting• Financed by Siemens AG, supported

by a grant from the government of Berlin

• Apprenticeships pay based on a German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)
