Historic mixed-use redevelopment for lease.
The third fl oor boasts holdover bowling alleys from the Zeppelin’s past and provides fl exible work area with the opportunity for shared amenities between different companies looking for a vibrant and exciting home. The design illustrated above utilizes a combination of fi xed and fl exible work spaces, allowing for a variety of work styles. Interior organization is dictated by fi xed elements such as the punctured skylight tubes as well as planting boxes which act as both visual barriers as well as wayfi nding. The large 100 foot unencumbered span afforded by the existing bow trusses as well as the 13” deep raised fl oor where the former bowling alleys sat (along the west wall), results in maximum fl exibility for organizing interior spaces.

The Midway on-road greenway will improve the quality of life for all residents of Cleveland
through creation of a world-class bicycle network that calms traffic and adds green space, improving
conditions for all road users. In many instances, The Midway will operate in the right-of-way
formerly occupied by Cleveland’s Streetcar network and will consist of 60+ miles of protected
bike facilities allowing for quick, safe and convenient transportation throughout
the city for all residents. Planted medians will further buffer bicyclists from motorists. Designed
with the easy to understand logic of a color-coded subway system, the Midway will connect residents to employment centers and regional assets like Metroparks’ Reservations.
