Board your Magistic Cruises vessel at King Street Wharf 5 to commence a luncheon cruise.

Dine on Sydney Harbour's luxury 50 metre catamaran and enjoy a buffet lunch offering an

array of fresh local seafood, meat and vegetable dishes, salads, desserts, cheeses and fruits

as you cruise around Sydney Harbour. An informative commentary is included. Following

your cruise, join your AAT Kings coach to commence an afternoon city tour. Tour through

the historic Rocks area and take in views of the Opera House, Hyde Park, St Mary's

Cathedral, Parliament House and the Art Gallery. Stop at Mrs Macquarie's Chair for

magnificent views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Visit The Gap to enjoy the

stunning views then stop at the world famous Bondi Beach. Re-join the coach for the return

At 7:20am join your coach to commence a full day tour into the heart of Milford Sound. This is an

unforgettable journey in which you'll experience the world famous fjord - rich in dense rainforest,

glacier carved valleys and beautiful waterfalls. Journey across the Southern Alps, take photos of the

stunning Mirror Lakes, uncover Eglinton Valley, a place of ancient alpine forest and gushing

waterfalls, and then travel deep into the Homer Tunnel, a 1.2km tunnel drilled through solid rock,

before walking across The Chasm. At the deep waters of Milford Sound, join a Southern Discoveries

Scenic Cruise. See the wonders of Mitre Peak, glacier-scarred rock walls and waterfalls that tumble

through valleys and crash into the sea far below. After the cruise, return to Queenstown by coach.

Tour concludes at approximately 7:45pm.

Itinerary:

The scenic journey along the Great Ocean Road is a highlight in itself, as we absorb some truly amazing coastal scenery, with new views being revealed around every bend. Experience the roaring surf, white sand beaches, rocky outcrops and towering cliffs. We make stops at numerous beaches, lookouts and other scenic spots to allow you an opportunity to take plenty of happy snaps, as well as to simply relax while enjoying the stunning views. We visit an area on our Great Ocean Road trip where the local koalas are particularly abundant, ensuring excellent koala viewing while enjoying a stroll amongst the sweetly-scented eucalyptus forest. We'll also meet some of our favourite feathered friends, when you can enjoy an opportunity to hand-feed some of the colourful local parrots that live in the Great Otway National Park. Our lunch stop is at the foot of the Otway Ranges in the beautiful town of Apollo Bay, Australia. Here we have time to explore the shops and the marina or to have a dip in the bay itself. After lunch our Great Ocean Road tour takes us into the mountains, where we take a stroll in the Great Otway National Park. Wonder at the intricate beauty of ancient rainforest and marvel at the region's towering native hardwoods, some of the tallest trees anywhere in the world. Then of course it's onwards to the Port Campbell National Park, where you'll be awestruck by the world famous rock formations including of course the 12 Apostles, the sensational (but much underestimated) Loch Ard Gorge, and the collapsed London Bridge.
