    Quail Raising

    Quails have been part of many international and regional American cuisines for centuries and

    still prove to be quite popular to this day. Due to small size which makes them ideal for raising

    either in a garage, the basement, or on a outside deck, many people have gone into

    keeping/raising quails either for their personal consumption or for selling. But being game birds,

    quails are most popular among game bird hunters. But don't take my word for it, searching for

    "quail" on Google generates numerous results, as well as ads related to raising, cooking, and

    hunting quails.

    Google's Keyword Tool provides further confirmation showing that "quail" has generated more

    than 800,000 searches in December 2009 alone and search volumes have been relatively

    consistent over a period of eleven months. And, although more seasonal than "quail", "quail

    hunting" has generated a respectable amount of searches also.

    Search volumes for "electric generator" are not a thing to be laughed at. As you can see in the

    screenshot below, Google's keyword tool shows that "electric generator" has generated more or

    less 135,000 searches for the month of December (2009) and that's not even the most it has

    received over the past year.

    MSN adCenter Labs' Audience Centric Internet Marketing and Online Advertising shows that

    there's a 0.71 (71%) probability that people searching for "electric generators" want to buy

    generators (or maybe something related to them).

    Biodegradable Plastic

    We've been told time and again that plastics (in general) are non-biodegradable and, as such,

    are harmful to the environment. But would you believe that there's such a thing as

    biodegradable plastics? WholeFoods uses such material in their disposable forks and spoons.

    These plastics are either derived from renewable raw materials or are petroleum-based which

    utilize an additive. As more people are becoming conscious of the environment and since no

    close substitute has been found yet for regular plastics, biodegradable plastics (or bioplastics as

    they are referred to) are rapidly becoming very popular.

    As you can see in the screenshot below, there's a sudden rise in the search volume for

    searches related to biodegradable plastics in December 2009. This could be a sign of a future

    trend.

    Calligraphy

    Calligraphy traces its roots to the Roman Empire where the art of writing was stimulated,

    cultivated, and shaped. Calligraphers at the time did everything--from choosing the best cane

    from which to craft his pen, to preparing the inks (which even at that time already came in

    different colors), down to the actual writing. Although it is still practiced in some eastern and

    calligraphy" ran into the tens of thousands in December 2009. Also, notice that the month-to-

    month fluctuations in search volumes (for all three keywords) are generally minimal.

    And look at "calligraphy", it generated well over 800,000 searches in December 2009 and

    search volumes have been relatively consistent in the previous months.

    Cyanotype

    Cyanotype is an early 19th century photographic printing process that is used up to this day,

    although for an application that is quite different from what it was originally intended forit is

    now widely used in engineering circles for printing "blue prints".

    You may be wondering if there is still anyone interested in this. With search volumes running

    into the tens of thousands (as Google's keyword tool shows), evidently, yes.

    Is there money to be made in this niche? Evidently, the answer to that is a 'yes' as Google's

    PET bottles, plastic chairs, plastic luggage... all these and many other plastic products are

    created through a process called plastic blowing, a process that usually involves huge pieces of

    machinery.

    MSN adCenter Labs' Audience Centric Internet Marketing and Online Advertising tells us that

    people searching for "plastic blowing" are 99% likely to purchase something related to plastic

    blowing.

    And related searches tells us what those "somethings" are... mostly pieces of machinery.

    If you're capable of connecting with manufacturers, there's good business here as Google's

    keyword tool shows. Note the search volumes for "blow plastic".
