    ApproachPrimary data collection. By the means of

    questionnaire.

    Secondary data collection, by the use of

    various books and journals.Scaling techniques used is the Likert scale.

    Non probability sampling technique has been

    used.

    Sample size- 100 employees from the different

    executive level.

    FINDINGS

    *Many of the employees did not make efforts to surpass theexpectations of their mentors.

    *The of the motivational needs of the mentees were not well

    understood.

    *Teamwork when concerned on the individual performance

    was prioritized more.

    *The employees tend to lack trust amongst themselves.

    *Effective communication needs improvement.

    *Clarity of roles needs to be more well defined.

    *Time and work management has a mixed reaction.

    *A very few mentors considered the needs of the mentees.

    Knowledge sharing sessions should be held.

    Increased frequency of meetings between

    both the parties.Popularize the mentoring program.

    Evaluation of the mentoring program.

    The culture is dominant by the values of thefirm, which makes the employees more eagerto work for the growth of the company.

    The senior employees should be more openwith sharing their knowledge and experience

    Data collected was from a single organization.

    Limited to the WOB,Vadodara only.

    There might be biased responses, which mayhave led to certain inaccuracy.

    Time acted as a restrain during the study.

    There were limited number of mentors and

    mentee available ta the time of the research.
