NOTES TO BUYERS:

1. The rams that are not eligible for registration are identified in their catalogue description.

If you would like papers for a ram that is eligible for registration contact the consignor of

that animal. All buyers will receive a letter with contact information for the consignors.

2. All rams in the sale are fully guaranteed for the first breeding. If there is an issue contact

the consignor of the ram you purchased. For replacement of a ram due to death, proof of

death is required (i.e. ear(s) with original tag(s) attached or a photo of the deceased ram’s

head with ears and tags attached). All buyers will receive a letter with contact information

for the consignors.

3. If you cannot take possession of the ram(s) you purchase on sale day make arrangements

with Warren to hold the animal(s) at the Moore farm for pickup or delivery. Moving and

mixing of different rams may result in injury, therefore the guarantee will not apply until

you take possession of the animal.

Due to the unusual circumstances this year pens of ten ewe lambs can also go to the

Moore farm until pick up or delivery can be arranged.

If you are buying online we will organize central locations for delivery of purchased

animals.
