The Diamond 2100 is a grading system that can grow with your company and give you many years of continuous, reliable operation. It is a unique combination of reliable, proven mechanical design coupled with a modern, state of the art control system. This makes the 2100 the perfect solution for small to medium size grading operations.

DescriptionThe Diamond 2100 was developed for lower volume operations that need the ability to grade and pack from 9,000 to 36,000 eggs per hour. The confi gurability of this grading system allows the customer to upgrade and expand the machine as their needs grow.

The machine is available in confi gurations that range from 4 to 8 packing positions, and it can be confi gured to run eggs inline, directly from the chicken houses, or offl ine with eggs being manually loaded onto the system. The 2100 can be equipped with manual packing lanes, automatic packing lanes, or a combination of both. The automatic packing lanes are available with standard US type denesters for customers in North America and Euro denesters for customers in Latin America. These denesters are each designed to run a majority of the packs being used in each area. There are also other specialty denesters available for the automatic packing lanes for more unique packs.

Additional packing lanes and basket conveyor sections can be added to increase your packing options. Manual packing lanes can also be easily replaced with automatic packing lanes if the need to move to automatic packing occurs at a later date.

Control systemThe DC2100 control system incorporates high-density I/O modules that are more reliable and easier to manage than older style circuit cards. Each module has a series of LED lights on it, which indicates the status and functionality of sensors and switches.The User Interface is Windows 7 based and communicates to the control system via an Ethernet connection.Digital scales come standard on the 2100 grader.
