Freshers Welcome Meet 2015Arrival directions:

We will have direction sign board with volunteers at the main road A4 exit of

Akebonobashi station to direct you to the venue.

Another sign board will also be set up at the entrance to the venue building.

Registration:

Please bring your IITB membership badge with you for ease of registration. If you do

not have one, we may request for some other personal introduction for first-timers.

Deposit of Yen 2,100 will be collected and a name badge will be issued. At the closing

of the event, we will settle the accounts based on actual number of participants.

Please do not forget to return the name badges at the end of the event.

Variety Group activities:

We have planned some very interesting (and fun-filled) activities / games whereeveryone will be on their toes participating as a whole group. Along with the name

badges, you will also have a unique number assigned to you which will be used for the

activities / games. Some special prizes also are waiting for the winners of the games.

Singers, Instrumentalists, Photographers:

We are sure many amongst you are great singers or musicians of some kind. Audio

system in the venue should be fully put to use, not just for speeches. Please come

prepared to show off your vocal and other talents. It will add to the excitement if you

bring with you any kind of musical instruments.

Dont forget to bring your top-class cameras to record everything for our IITBAA official

newsletter.

Catering service for Buffet Lunch at venue:

Some delicious Indian lunch dishes from Indian Restaurant Deep Sagar (next door)

have been arranged.

Cost is Yen 1,300 per person. At 10:30, we will be informing the restaurant the final

number of persons for lunch (vegetarian / non-vegetarian preference included) to

ensure everyone gets most satisfying service.

Other Miscellaneous Expenses to be shared by all:

There are some additional miscellaneous expenses such as copying, posters, special

prizes, etc.
