• 98% of employees are male working in the organization.• The manager is willing to share the decision making and

employees have the input in organizational decisions.• Organization communicates with its employees in a timely

manner and the manager/supervisors are giving regular feedback.

• Employees have a good opinion about their ‘role in making important decisions’ in the organization.

• Recourses are adequate to get the job done and they have the freedom to arrange their workplace according to their comfort.

• The organization is having good team cooperation with each other to get the job done, whereas the encouragement is provided to the employees for the team work.
