Over the course of 21 years at Lebanon Publishing, duties were required that challenged me to learn, research, self-train, and practice independently new approaches to problem solving, technological advances, design trends and techniques, and repairs. Determination lead to success in helping my customers, coworkers, and management accomplish getting past issues as much as my position allowed. I wore many hats at Lebanon Publishing so I had to learn to schedule, coordinate, prioritize tasks and figure out the best way to adjust when facing unpredictable repairs, separation issues, personnel changes, etc. This required long hours, availability, clear communication, leadership, dependability, and an eagerness to solve the issues.
