Have you ever wondered how those fashionable ladies look so... well fashionable? The great thing about a She Anna Bella event is that we have a real casual approach to our events - so that means that you really make the most of a trendy casual wardrobe!

The fi rst and most important key to being a real stylish Lady Boss is to have a few key pieces in your wardrobe. These items are classic staples that will stand the test of time, and you’ll get lots of wear out of them. And you can trend them up with the latest She Anna Bella accessories... throw on a scarf if it is cool out or a bracelet if you need a little colour. The “fi nishing touch” to any outfi t is accessories... She Anna Bella accessories!!!!

Dark Denim JeansWhat is more comfortable than a great pair of jeans? Make them a dark wash and they become a real neutral that you can really have fun with when building up an outfi t! A dark wash is best for fl attering any body type and the darker or richer the wash, the less casual you look.

White ShirtA good, well-fi tted white shirt is probably one of the most basic but fl exible items that belong in your wardrobe. There are very few accessories that you can’t pick up and say ‘This would look fabulous with a great white shirt’. Whether it is a button down t-shirt, or even a tank top, white is a crisp colour that goes with just aboutevery skin tone and it really makes accessories pop!

Classic Jacket/BlazerWhile a blazer may be a larger investment, a great fi t and classic style will last you forever. Pair it with a great white shirt and dark jeans and you have the essential trendy-casual outfi t that will give you limitless possibilities when it comes to adding your accessories.

Black LeggingsYes! Tights are here to stay. Probably the best thing to come out of the 80’s, they are not only comfortable but incredibly versatile. Just make sure that you always wear something long enough to cover your bum! Leggings are NOT pants.

Neutral TunicTunics and tights are best friends! It’s light and comfortable. They hug you in all the right places and again, look great on just about every body type. Pick a neutral colour and you’ll be grabbing for it time and time again.

Now, if you’re thinking that this is too much neutral for you, just hold on. The fun is just beginning!

Accessories - How to do it the Right Way!

What separates the real Lady Bosss from the average women is the art of accessorizing! Lady Bosss really know how to work proportions and colours and they know when to layer and when to let one great piece do all of the work!

Here are some of the secrets...

ProportionsTake a look at your outfi t. Does it have a lot going on? Ruffl es? Pattern? Cut? Then you’ll want to keep it simple and classic with your accessories. A clean metal bracelet and earrings may be all that you need. But if you’ve got a simple outfi t you can really have a lot of fun with accessories.

LayerAccessories are made for layering. Pair a bunch of bangles together, or twist together two scarves. You can even layer items that are from diff erent style categories - when they come together they create something really special, e.g. a classic pearl necklace can be updated with a multi layer longer necklace.

PersonalityUse accessories to help people see more of your personality. After all, style is incredibly personal! Do you have a real love for vintage things? Then mix up your metals and choose items with fi ne details.

Add Colour!This is why having a neutral wardrobe is so fabulous! You can add all the colour in with your accessories. Colour can be added by choosing one colour (e.g. blue) and layering various hues of blue together. Or, you can keep all of your accessories neutral and bring in a big pop of colour with a bold scarf.

Don’t over do it!Sometimes the hardest part is choosing what not to wear. But always take a look at yourself in the mirror. If you feel that there is an item that can be removed, then remove it.

Break All the Rules!!!Yep! That’s right. Rules are meant to be broken, and this is even more true in the world of fashion! Find your personal style and rock it! If you get confi dent in your look and personal style, you will become known as a trend setter to all your friends... everyone will want what you are wearing.

Dressing to Sell

So, now you’ve got the basic style secrets, and it’s time to learn how to take all of that and use it to help increase your sales!

We have a saying around here - “if you wear it, you’ll sell it!”

Dress for the job that you want! Sure maybe you’re not the most fashionable cat in town. But you now have access to thousands of accessories (at your cost no less!) to fake it. Go pick up a fashion magazine or play dress-up in front of the mirror. Create a couple ‘work outfi ts’ that make you look like you know exactly what you are talking about. The more you educate yourself, the more you’ll start to spot trends, and develop your own style. Pretty soon you’ll be the super fashionable Lady Boss that all your friends and clients are coming to for style tips and tricks.

Don’t show up to a She Anna Bella event wearing anything but your product. You’ve got to wear your product and show that you know what you’re talking about. Humans are visual creatures and they like to see how a product is going to look. They want to imagine it on themselves. Be sure to keep the tag in your pocket because you’ll need it to sell it!

Dress up your mannequin and also invite the Hostess to accessorize her own outfi t using items from your boutique. She can leave the tags on, so when her friend wants to purchase it, she just hands it right over! Make sure to check and see if she’s wearing any perfume, or body lotion though! You don’t want your product to get dirty or tarnished! And if it’s a really hot day, just let the mannequin do the modeling!

Remember to layer! You want to sell more than one item to each customer so show them how two necklaces look together and what you can do with a couple bangle styles, or with two scarves. Do this, and your average customer purchase will go up, up, up!

Once you move beyond the ‘fake it to make it’ stage, you’ll enter into a whole new world. You’ll be a strong, confi dent, fashionable woman full of great ideas on how to accessorize and sell at the same time. Use this new found confi dence to become a known-expert.
