S.R.O. (I)/2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8

of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002 (XVII of 2002), the Authority, in

super-session of its notification No. S.R.O.1150 (I)/2009, dated 31st

December, 2009, is

pleased to notify the sale prices and minimum charges specified in schedule below, for the

purposes of the said Ordinance, in respect of natural gas sold by the following companies to

various categories of their retail consumers with effect from 1st

January, 2010, namely:-

clubs, theaters and private offices, clinics, maternity homes, etc.

Sale price: Rs. 463.76 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 2,189.28 per month

III. Special Commercial (Roti Tandoors)
