This property currently has two unoccupied houses and some out buildings. The main house (occupied until four years ago) has 1,316 sq. ft. with a full basement and an enclosed porch. The other house has been used as a rental, features 720 sq. ft. with an attached single garage. The other buildings were used primarily for storage.

The proposed south lot line goes through one of the buildings and one of the conditions of sale is that the prospective buyer will remove all or that part of the building that crosses the property line within 30 days following the closing.

A 550-gallon underground gasoline tank was removed in 1993. An environmental assessment was done on the property in 2013 and based on soil and groundwater analysis determined that contaminated soil needed to be removed which was completed in 2014. The results of the follow-up monitoring program show the natural remediation of the site is making progress towards acceptable levels required for closure by the DEQ. Once the plum naturally remediates, the DEQ will release it. Based on the ongoing results, it is very close to being released. DEQ has stated that it is possible to build on the property prior to the release. A full report is available for review and the contact at the DEQ is available to discuss the site.
